Orders placed online are charged via PayPal or Authorize.net, the two most secure ways of making online purchases. The company name on your billing statement will show up as “GPS Tracker Shop LLC“.

For customers who want to pay with Bitcoin, please contact a sales rep at 877-809-8544 and one of our sales reps can email or text you a Bitcoin address or QR code to submit payment. Prepaid gift cards are another option for paying for a GPS vehicle tracker if you are concerned about the company name showing up on a bank or credit card statement.
By completing and submitting an online order for products or services, you as the purchaser are affirming that all information is valid, accurate, and entire. The order submission also affirms that your online order request(s) adhere to Tracking System Direct Terms and Conditions.
Tracking System Direct will not share personal information such as email addresses with any outside agencies for any reason. All customer information received will be kept protected and secure. However, if we choose to use one of our fulfillment centers in order to deliver product to you as quickly as possible, we may share your shipping details and contact number with those shipping fulfillment centers.
Domestic (USA) orders are shipped within 24 hours and typically arrive within 5-7 business days. Expedited shipping (2-3 business days) with insurance is available for an additional cost of $9.95. Tracking numbers will be sent within 48-72 hours after an order has been placed.
