Tracking System Direct GPS trackers are backed by a one-year limited warranty provided by the manufacturer. This warranty is only offered to the original purchaser of the product and is non-transferable.
During the warranty period, Tracking System Direct will repair or replace any defective GPS tracker at no charge, provided that the product was used and maintained in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions. If the defect is found to be caused by misuse, abuse, or unauthorized modifications or repairs, the warranty will be voided.
Tracking System Direct also provides free technical support for the lifetime of the product. Our team of experts is available to assist with any questions or issues that may arise.
Please note that the warranty does not cover damage resulting from water exposure or loss of the GPS tracking system. Additionally, any issues or malfunctions of equipment must be resolved between the customer and the manufacturer.
